Micah Ramirez

     Hi my name is Micah Ramirez. I was born in Arizona on March 9 th 1842. I grew up on a farm near our parish. I really liked Father Gregory but I was too shy to talk to him much when I was little. I really loved when he would teach a bunch of us kids how to grow things. He was and is a good man.

     When I was in my mid teens I met my future wife Elizabeth when her family moved nearby and started attending mass. We started dating and married when we were both seventeen. My family gave us part of there land and we built a small house and barn.

     Things went well until one night I felt like someone was watching me, I looked around but no one was there. It lasted about a week. Then one night it was so cold. I went out to check on my chickens. When I was outside smoke was in the air, but no fire. In the barn some of the cages were alright, but a big coop was smashed and burned chickens were all over the floor. I sensed something else was in there too. I saw movement in the corner, eyes burning into me. I backed out of the barn and headed to the house but things were in there too.
